General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the 222s online betting and casino platform, accessible at 222s.bet and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 222s ("222s", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of 222s, you ("Player", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 222s Platform regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform. The English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any conflict with any translated version.

222s reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it determines that a Player has violated these Terms or where continued provision of services is not commercially or legally appropriate.

Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the 222s Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 222s Platform is strictly for adults. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a 222s employee or contractor in a role with access to non-public Platform information.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the 222s Platform.

Each player may register only one account on 222s. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. 222s reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided. Failure to provide accurate information or to cooperate with verification requests may result in account suspension or termination.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your 222s account. You must keep your username and password confidential at all times and must not share your login credentials with any other person. 222s will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 222s immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 222s will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but cannot guarantee the recovery of any funds lost due to unauthorised access arising from your own negligence.

222s reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where:

• The Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or verification.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, or any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Dormant account fees may apply in accordance with the applicable schedule published on the Platform.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 222s.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 222s support. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are processed under the Responsible Gaming Policy and are subject to the terms of that policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 222s Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 222s supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Crypto (selected cryptocurrencies as listed on the Platform at the time of transaction).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 222s account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Cashier page of the Platform and may vary by payment method. 222s does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 222s within the timeframes published on the Platform for each payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers are processed on 222s's end within the same business day, with inter-bank clearing timelines being outside 222s's control.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the same account holder, subject to verification requirements.
• 222s reserves the right to request identity verification documents, including government-issued photo ID and proof of address, before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into account activity where 222s has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 222s reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with the circumstances of the breach.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at 222s are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market as published in the 222s Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the outcome of individual bets.

General betting rules applicable across all markets at 222s include the following:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once confirmed, the odds applicable to a bet are fixed and cannot be changed by either the Player or 222s except in circumstances where an obvious pricing error ("palpable error") has occurred.
• 222s reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• In-play betting is subject to network latency and feed delays. 222s will not be liable for bets accepted after the outcome of an event has been determined where the acceptance was caused by a technical delay beyond 222s's reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes for each market are as displayed in the Sportsbook interface and may vary by market, event, and Player account status.
• All cricket markets, including PSL, bilateral internationals, and ICC tournaments, are subject to the Cricket Betting Rules as published on the Platform. Bets on matches affected by weather, abandonment, or DLS method application are settled in accordance with those rules.

222s reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet from any Player at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason. This right is exercised in accordance with 222s's risk management policy and is not a punitive measure in the absence of a terms breach.

Casino Games

All casino games available at 222s — including live dealer tables, slot titles, Super Keno, and Crash games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live streaming infrastructure subject to independent third-party auditing. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published in the 222s slots lobby and reflect the theoretical long-term return of each game.

By participating in casino games at 222s, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealer result. 222s does not manipulate, influence, or interfere with game outcomes.
• The house edge is an inherent feature of all casino games. Long-term expected outcomes favour the house in all games, and there is no guaranteed strategy that produces consistent profit.
• Game rules, paytables, and minimum and maximum stake information are available within each game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to review these before playing.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or slot spin, the game round will be completed on the server side and the result will be recorded in the Player's account history. 222s will not be liable for losses resulting from Player-side connectivity issues.
• Jackpot games may have specific terms and conditions relating to jackpot eligibility, minimum bet requirements, and jackpot payment schedules. These are published on the relevant game page.

Bonuses & Promotions

222s offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which are published at the point of claim and on the relevant promotion page.

The following general terms apply to all 222s bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Minimum Odds: Where a bonus applies to sports bets, qualifying bets must meet a minimum odds threshold as stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Not all casino games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are listed in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player account at any time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before a new bonus can be applied.

222s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to a promotion will not affect bets already accepted under the previous promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 222s Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of third parties.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to achieve outcomes that exploit the Platform, other Players, or the house edge in a manner not available to an ordinary Player acting independently.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with knowledge of pre-arranged sporting outcomes or participating in any scheme to manipulate the result of any sporting event on which 222s offers betting markets.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or otherwise use the Platform in a manner not available to an ordinary human user.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits. All deposits must originate from accounts legitimately held by the Player in their own name.
• Money Laundering: Using the 222s Platform for any purpose associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 222s applies comprehensive AML procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in relation to a legitimate 222s transaction. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and the disputed amount offset against any balance.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation will be voided and the account suspended.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 222s Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or decompile any software or technology used by the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 222s intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 222s and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 222s Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 222s shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, network outages, server downtime, or any interruption of Platform services beyond 222s's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Losses caused by third-party payment providers, including delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Losses caused by the actions of third parties who gain access to your account as a result of your failure to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 222s's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

222s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 222s will provide reasonable notice to affected Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 222s Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. 222s recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 222s holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 222s arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact the 222s support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with the 222s support team via live chat or email.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by 222s's licensing authority. 222s will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or adjudication process.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
